Abstract:
The article examines the main approaches to external evaluation
and accreditation in higher education. It also presents COMPASS-OK: a social
network for electronic evaluation and management of the quality of education,
which utilizes mechanisms for management of documentation flows and supports
tools for modeling of evaluation methods and procedures.
