Abstract:
В настоящия доклад се разглеждат въпроси, свързани с ролята на съвременните
европейски цифрови библиотеки в обучението на учители. В него се дискутират
изграждането в рамките на проекта Share.TEC на цифрово хранилище за метаданни на ресурси за обучение на учители и портал за общността, работеща с
него. Описани са очакванията на учителите и обучаващите ги от системата, а
също и моделът за адаптивност, който e избран да стои в основата на системата,
както и неговата реализация в портала.

This paper discusses the role of the contemporary European digital libraries in teachers education. It presents a digital repository of metadata resources for teachers
education, as well as a portal for the community of practices, build around the repository. Both the repository and the community are developed in the frame of the
European project Share.TEC. The paper describes teachers’ and teachers educators’
expectations from the system. In addition, the adaptability model, on which the
system is based on, and its realization in the portal are presented.
